CrossBridge Counseling Center, Inc. is a counseling center founded on faith, guided by Scripture, and grounded in professional excellence. Established and directed by Dr. Ophelia C. Phillip, PhD, CPSY, CrossBridge was created to serve as a place of refuge, restoration, and renewal. We are dedicated to providing ethical, confidential, and clinically sound care that supports healing, clarity, and lasting transformation.
